Refunds/Return Policy

To our valued customers: Please take note of the Australian Consumer Law: REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

"We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a MAJOR problem. This is when the item:

-Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
-Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
-Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused items in its original condition, for refund only of purchase price ( this excludes delivery charges )


If the problem is NOT MAJOR, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. Your Receipt"

Further Conditions:

- Products that have had tags removed, been worn or used will not be refunded or exchanged.

- If packaging has been damaged and torn, the products will not be refunded or exchanged.

- Adelaide Discounts and Souvenirs will not be held accountable for freight costs when returning items to Original shop address ( this does not apply for faulty products, please contact 08 8410 3411)

- Refunds will only be given by the original payment method only - please contact our store prior to returning goods.
